ATLÉTICO VS BARÇA; MATCH ANALYSIS.

Saturday comes the toughest match so far for Barça, the club have produced brilliant performances this season but have lacked consistency. No sole individual is to blame, no one expected this season to be bread and butter happiness. Barça and Ronald Koeman will be looking to make a big statement, a win against Atletico Madrid will be that.

At Thursday's training session, three players were rested by Koeman namely, Messi, Pjanic and de Jong. Of course they were the last to conclude the international break, however, if the coach beliefs that their rest is important and they should be starting on Saturday. They have returned to training on Friday.
We could also see the return of Coutinho to playing for Barça, the Brazilian has fully recovered from his injury. It would be best to not risk him and start him against a very physical team. At the defense, the obvious four back should be implemented. Sergi Roberto and Dest both had a great international football with their respective national teams. Pedri should start ahead of Coutinho.

     POSSIBLE LINE UPS FOR #ATLÉTIBARÇA

Line up 1: ter Stegen; Roberto, Piqué, Lenglet, Alba; Pjanic, de Jong; Dembélé, Messi, Griezmann, Pedri.
Line up 2: ter Stegen; Dest, Piqué, Lenglet, Alba; Pjanic, de Jong; Dembélé, Messi, Coutinho, Pedri.

As for this line up, Trincão could be well placed to start with Dest at the RB position because Trincão permits more forward movement for Dest. For me, Coutinho shouldn't start, however, I don't know how fit Coutinho is, so we could be surprised.
I think Barça will get hurt, but if things go right, Barça should get the win in the end. We have a great squad, although we still need reinforcement. 1-2 win for Barça.

Time: 09:00pm (CET).
